All custom orders have a standard production lead time of 12–15 working days from the date the order is placed to the ship date.

Working days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and major holidays.

Production begins once artwork is approved. Delays in approvals may affect the timeline.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your UPS Priority Ground tracking number.

Yes. Local customers may select Free Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
