Preferred artwork types include AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and PSD.

Vector artwork is preferred for the highest-quality screen printing. If you're unsure whether your artwork is ready, upload what you have and our team will review it.

Production Timeline +
Select your scheduled in-hands date when building your order.

The earliest available date is 15 days from today.

Artwork mockup preparation and approval are part of the production process. Delayed approvals may affect your requested completion date.
Shipping & Pickup +
Orders may be shipped by UPS Ground or picked up locally.

Shipping charges are based on the order total. Orders over $5,000 qualify for free shipping.
Custom Order Returns +
Custom apparel orders are produced specifically for you and are generally considered final sale.

If Color Tech makes a production error, we will work with you to correct the order.

Select the number of print colors for the front and back, then choose each ink color from the dropdowns. If you’re not sure which print ink color to select, choose the color you think is the closest match. Color Tech will assist you with confirming the correct print color before production.

Shipping & Returns

Completion on custom work 12 to 15 working days. Completion lead time may vary based on season.  Rush service available. Shipper used is UPS if needed or local pick up when completed. 

Our return policy states that all custom apparel sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items. If we make an error, we will reprint and ship replacement items at no cost, provided the original misprinted goods are returned.
