Artwork Submission Guidelines
Following these requirements helps ensure accurate color reproduction, faster production times, and the highest quality finished product.
Vector Artwork
- Save files in PostScript format.
- Remove stray points and errors.
- Convert all text to outlines.
- Use PMS Solid Coated colors.
- Include any linked raster images.
Raster Artwork
- Artwork must be 100% actual size or larger.
- Minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.
PDF Files
- Must retain vector editing capability.
- Raster elements must meet 300 DPI requirements.
- Vector elements must meet vector standards.
Page Layout Files
- Create artwork at 100% imprint size.
- Include all linked files and graphics.
- Package all supporting assets.
Fonts
- Convert fonts to outlines.
- Include original font files if edits may be needed.
Proof Requirements
- Always include a PDF proof.
- Verify artwork before submission.
- Proofs help prevent production delays.

development and design direction; however, AI-generated files are not
considered production-ready artwork. All AI-generated artwork must be
professionally recreated, vectorized, and prepared using industry-standard design software before it can be used in production.
